How to get creases out of a nylon halter?
I went to a schooling show today, and it was really fun 
my lease horse and i did really well. we took a couple first-place ribbons, and all the first places got an extra horse-y prize. My lease horse and I won this royal blue nylon halter (and some fly spray). The thing is, its not the best quality halter ever (oh well, it was free!) and it came in this little bag, so it was all scrunched up. so when i took it out of the bag, it has all these creases. ugly creases.
nylon can't be ironed, can it? how do i get the creases out so that it looks all nice? i think i might use it as either a back-up halter or a show halter (i don't do any rated shows or anything yet) or something, so it won't get used very much, but i want it to look nice. should i soak it in water and then lay it flat or something? how do i get the stupid wrinkles out?

Don't sue if it melts the nylon but it should be ironable if there's thick padding, a folded up towel or such, over the headcollar and it's not a very high heat, that might help.
