St.Croix Triumph? spinning rod?

i have the triumph fly rod and for what i paid its a decent little rod but im curious what the triunph spinning rod is like?? or can anyone else point me to a rod taht is good and has a good warantee? my ugly stik handle broke and ill super glue it and see how it holds but idk if ill get another ugly stik unless i get it fixed free of charge
i was casting and about 2 inches of the cork handle snapped clean off it apears the blank wasnt inserted into the cork all the way. and sorry for bad grammar im on a keyboard taht isnt mine and it is very different then mine so i cant type worth crap and the keys tend to stick.

I recently bought one of the new Gander Mountain Guide Series spinning rods. For the price of the St. Croix Triumph, I got the rod (only $10 less than the Triumph) AND a year long warranty.

I'm not sure how the warranty's work though for the Triumph. Gander has a sign posted next to them that says, "Do not return this rod here. Contact St. Croix at bla bla bla." So it might be a hassle.
