Osteoporosis or decreased bone mineral/matrix which cause weakness in bone is not as simple as not having enough minerals like calcium. The body is an amazing network of electricity, energy, & nutrients which works to keep as much balance as possible as it deals with various mental/emotional, physical and nutritional stresses. There has to be many years of compensation and build up of stress before the body to gets to a point where it has to strip the bones of calcium and other minerals. Therefore when looking at the body as a whole there are many ways of increasing the body's ability to heal and re-balance:
–Acupuncture: Acupuncture works with the energy of our body. When the energy of our body or meridians are balanced, the body is able to function, heal, & repair with more efficiency. Holistically, when dealing with a process such as osteoporosis our focus is to increase the whole body's health and ability to heal. If the bones are deficient in minerals such as calcium there is also imbalance of minerals within the muscles, teeth, organs, and throughout the entire body.
–Food and Nutrition: What you put in the body is crucial for building the body back up. Fresh foods that contain calcium, vitamin K, D, trace minerals will offer the body nutrients that will increase overall health of muscles, ligaments & bones. Foods such as: kale, spinach, brussel sprouts, swiss chard, fish, sesame seeds/oil, & almonds.
–Avoid soda and other carbonated beverages—Drink more fresh water! Increased Phosphoric Acid within carbonated beverages creates an imbalance in calcium and phosphorus. It cause our body to release calcium from teeth, bones, and muscles to off set the increase in phosphorus. Phosphoric acid has also been shown to decrease the hydrochloric acid in our stomach which is crucial for optimal digestion of all our foods.

If acceleration due to gravity is less at higher elevations, does the reduction in air density compensate?
FYI: I'm not sure where to ask this--if it's physics or astronomy--so if you happen to see this in both categories, that's why.
I have an astronomy paper due tomorrow, and I need some suggestions. My question is "If acceleration due to gravity is less at higher elevations, does the reduction in air density compensate for that and make the speed of a falling object the same as it would be at sea level?"
I just don't know where to start. I have to use data that already exists to prove my conclusion, but I know that there is a lot more that goes into gravity, like the make-up of the rock, etc. so what could I test to prove that the two do or do not cancel each other out?
Also, if anyone could point me to some data sets, that would be incredibly helpful.

This would then decrease by a factor of (R + h)²/(R + h_0)²
R_e ≈ 6.38e6 m
Let's say we'll start at sea level, so h = 0 → R.
If we go up 1000 m, then Fg only changes by a factor of ~1.00001567
Fd = -1/2 ρ C_d A v²
Assuming C_d, and A remain constant,
Fd = k * ρ v²
If we use the chart provided, multiplying by the new value and dividing by the old, the new force of drag at h≈1000 m would be F≈ 0.8789 k v²
Therefore, I would conclude that the difference in air pressure at higher altitude would create a much lower force of drag, therefore compensating for the difference the gravitational field, and thus the force of gravity.
