I saw a wind chime, it had a glass bead the appeared to move down as the chime moved, were would I find this??

I saw something like that at Saturday Market in Portland, Oregon. But it was not really a wind chime....more like a wind catcher....it did not make sounds. It was really beautiful as it twirled in the wind and the glass ball looked like it was falling.
