How to clean a velvet chenille sofa?
My wife and I purchased a velvet chenille sofa a while back, and have noticed that whenever any liquid (even just water) gets on the sofa, it leavs a spot. We tried cleaning one of these spots with the cleaner we were given, and it only made the spot bigger.
Unfortunatley we seem to be on the losing side of a battle with the waranty company, so I think we're on our own to get the spots out.
Can anyone offer any advice on getting rid of these spots. The makeup of the chenille is :
48% Rayon, 28% Polyester, and 24% cotton if that helps.

hey ,i would just say hot soapy water with some elbow greece ,then another damp cloth to rub it clean ,then a dry cloth it`s a lenghthy clean up ,but worth it ,i sometimes do one sofa bit a night over the space of a few nights then does not take too long ,i have the same type of sofa it`s a beige ,camel colour and would never buy this type again !!!
