i use a fixed spool reel when sea fishing, how can i eliminate cast back while casting?

i dont think its the reel, it is a diawa which is not cheap

If you use an 'up and over' cast settle the rod behind your shoulder with around three feet or feet of line including the end tackle hanging down.
When you're settled bring the rod forward with an increasing acceleration all the way until the release point, which should be just above 45 degrees for maximum casting distance.
The short delay between the release and the end of the cast then ensures the line is going off at the correct 45 degree angle to feed the requirements of the cast.
The line should follow the trajectory of the end tackle and the rod should be pointing that way at 45 degrees to allow the line to come off with minimum friction.
You need the rod to achieve it's maximum tip speed at the end of the cast, not before it, and then the line will come off at the correct rate as the tackle pulls it because the tackle has then been given it's maximum speed also instead of initially flying fast and then slowing down.

When you reel in ensure there is only a little pressure on the line to avoid the line winding too tightly and so not allowing a smooth pay-off on the next cast.
Braided lines especially need to be kept loose enough on the reel to avoid pressure on deep layers bonding adjacent sections of line together, which can bring the cast to an abrupt halt.
