Tungsten Hour
The Article was not found...
I bought a Tungsten E a few years ago. I charged it for more than 24 hours but it won't turn on. What's wrong?
My husband bought it for me. I am not sure where it was bought but I visited the website and it said that my Tungsten should work in England. I have charged it for a very long time. The instruction manual says: Charge your Tungsten
Then it says: Switch it on and follow the instruction on screen. I CAN'T TURN IT ON!
Please Please Please Help me.
Sorry but some of the Tungsten E's had this problem. It was a known glitch. I had one of these and was able for awhile to get it to turn on by just trying the power button repeatedly and eventually it would come on. Try the reset button in the back too -- sometimes that works. Do you have an expansion card in your Tungsten? Sometimes I could get the whole unit to turn on by just pushing the card down and removing it.
But eventually my Tungsten E just went dead on me. Nothing worked. Hopefully you backed up your data because you may need to get a new Palm to replace your old one. Sorry. Good luck.
